FOLLOWING a successful response from the public from previous property exhibitions, Malaysian developer Kuala Lumpur Metro Group (KL Metro) is having another showcase on its latest project: The Hibiscus at Port Dickson (The Hibiscus).

The Hibiscus uses the concept of water homes where all of its units are built above the sea in the Straits of Malacca, located about 45-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. It is expected to be a five-star resort upon its completion in March.

Representatives from the developer yesterday met up with property investors at the Second Floor, Viewing Gallery of Oil and Gas Discovery Centre (OGDC), Seria where they were introduced to The Hibiscus hassle-free investment programme. The investment comes with a 15-year leaseback programme, where the first five years is guaranteed at seven per cent annum income rental.

In addition, investors are also entitled to a 10-night free stay at The Hibiscus every year. The resort, which has more than 600 units, are fully furnished and equipped with a private pool and a steam sauna, making the third project from the successful Malaysian developer the next candidate for the most number of swimming pools in a resort.

Special incentives are up for grabs for the first five buyers during the property exhibition, and the public are encouraged to seize this golden opportunity by coming down to the exhibition today and tomorrow at Level One, Boomerang Hall, Badiā€™ah Hotel from 10am to 6pm, where Manager (Marketing) of KL Metro, Stefan Chow and also Sarah Maggie from Pan Villa Properties will be there to entertain the potential investors.
