imageAUS Property Corp, AP Properties Sdn Bhd and Brunei-based Pan Villa Properties have teamed up to launch a property exhibition at the fourth floor of the Rizqun International Hotel in Gadong.

The two-day exhibition, open from 11am to 7pm, is featuring 21 units at The Lakes in Greenvale, Melbourne, of which 75 per cent have already been sold.

The cluster of double-storey town houses is a 25-minute drive from Melbourne CBD, with shopping centres, schools and a park accessible by foot.

According to Steve Galanos from Aus Property Corp, the suburban neighbourhood is a prime location.

“The remaining units range from AUD$376,000 to AUD$390,000 (approx $487,234 to $505,376), and have a unique look, so you won’t be driving through a neighbourhood filled with the same types of houses,” said Galanos. “There is a promotion this weekend for Bruneian clients, where they will get a two-year, 5 per cent rental guarantee. They will also get a total of AUD$12,500 (approx $16, 198) of free upgrades for the units such as split system cooling, blinds, and so on,” added Galanos.
