Luxury condos in US for Brunei investors

imageBRUNEI-BASED Pan Villa Properties is currently having a foreign investment property exhibition at the sixth floor of the Centrepoint Hotel where they are showcasing Milan Condominiums in Florida, USA.

At the exhibition, 12 units from the Milan Condominiums located in Orlando City, Florida, are currently available for sale to the Brunei market for those who are interested in investing on a property in the US.
The property market in the US has dropped by an average of 60 per cent, said Nick Tay from Pan Villa Properties, making it an ideal window of opportunity for prospective investors.

“For the one bedroom apartment of 847 sq ft, the unit is currently going for USD$74,700 ($97,100) whereas for the two bedroom apartment the prices ranges from USD$89,600 for the 1052 sq ft unit and USD$92,600 for the 1110 sq ft unit,” said Tay.

The response on the first day of the two-day exhibition was “good”, according to Tay.
